  • Organize and communicate the daily schedule and calendar for a team of 14 people, built around daily shoots for news of the day, enterprise pieces, and individual station requests

  • Built both an evening and morning newscast from the ground up

  • Trained north of a dozen employees, new to the company, on graphics and other internal systems

  • Spearheaded successful efforts to build graphics packages, branded segments, and coordinated with dozens of stations across the country 

  • Designed "Pulse of America," now one of the signature segments on The National Desk's on-air product  

  • Supervised a team of associated producers, writers, and editors in order to air 5 hours of news in the morning, and later 2 hours of news in the evening five days a week
